Yes, it is my understanding that the guy to the right is in fact some type of Lawyer. I don't believe he is an attorney from Louisville nor do I believe his is a lawyer from Elizabethtown, but he is a lawyer. Is he from Kentucky? If he is, he's probably either a broker one or independently wealthy. Personally, I want to avoid people that gives me just an odd feeling. I'm not suggesting that you'll ever run across that type of person during your search, but as the saying goes, "Pay attention to the hairs on the back of your neck".
As far as the little boy to the right. Obviously he's going to need some type of criminal defense lawyer in Louisville in about ten years or so. That picture just cracked me up so I had to include it somewhere.
